YonderCast (yondercast.com) is a travel podcast discovery service. We curate and organise publicly available podcast episodes by destination and attraction, making it easier for travellers to find relevant audio content. We do not host, produce, or own the podcast audio content available through this site. All podcast episodes are streamed directly from their original RSS feed sources.

By accessing or using YonderCast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this website.
3. How the Service Works
YonderCast curates travel podcast episodes from independent creators around the world and organizes them by destination and attraction, making it easy to discover episodes about the places you want to visit.
When you play a podcast episode on YonderCast, the audio is streamed directly from the podcast creator’s hosting provider. YonderCast does not store, redistribute, or modify any podcast audio files.

The views, opinions, and information expressed in podcast episodes are those of the original creators and do not reflect the views of YonderCast. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any information presented in podcast episodes.
Affiliate Links and Tour Bookings
YonderCast contains links to third-party tour and experience booking platforms, including Viator. These are affiliate links, which means YonderCast may earn a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you.
When you click an affiliate link and leave YonderCast, you are subject to the terms and conditions, privacy policies, and pricing of the third-party platform. 6. Audio Player
YonderCast provides a built-in audio player for streaming podcast episodes. The player stores certain preferences (such as playback speed, volume level, and playback position) locally in your browser using localStorage. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
7. Search Functionality
YonderCast provides a search feature to help you find destinations and attractions within our curated catalogue. Search results are limited to content selected by YonderCast and do not represent a comprehensive directory of all travel destinations or podcast content worldwide.
8. Accuracy and Availability
YonderCast presents podcast episode information as received from RSS feeds. While we take reasonable steps to verify the relevance of episodes to their listed destinations, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of all information displayed.
Podcast episodes may become unavailable if the original creator removes them from their RSS feed or hosting platform. YonderCast is not responsible for episodes that are no longer accessible.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
9. Intellectual Property
The YonderCast name, logo, website design, and original written content are the property of YonderCast. The underlying code, page layouts, and curation methodology are proprietary.
Podcast artwork, episode content, and audio files are the property of their respective owners as noted in Section 4.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YonderCast and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on information presented on the site, experiences booked through affiliate links, or inability to access the service.
